Shelly brings more than 25 years of experience in the MEDITECH market, blending deep technical knowledge with a passion for building strong teams and long-lasting client relationships. She began her career at MEDITECH, where she spent nine years gaining firsthand expertise in the systems that power healthcare organizations. From there, she spent 17 years in leadership with Navin, Haffty & Associates, guiding delivery teams and client engagements across the country.

Today, as a Partner at Haffty Consulting, Shelly focuses on both delivery excellence and talent strategy. She has a proven ability to connect organizations with the right expertise, aligning consultant strengths with client needs to drive successful outcomes. Known for her transparent, collaborative approach, she prioritizes doing what’s right for the team and the client—believing that strong relationships, clear communication, and integrity are the foundation of lasting success.

She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with continued study in Information Systems and Leadership.  Outside of work, she is most at home outdoors—skiing, mountain biking, or hiking with her family and dogs.
