Kyle brings a rare combination of legal discipline, commercial instincts, and deep MEDITECH domain expertise to his role at Haffty Consulting. He began his professional career as staff counsel at the world's largest property and casualty insurance company, where he counseled clients and litigated matters in state and federal courts. That foundation, built on rigorous preparation, careful listening, and the ability to construct a compelling case under pressure, has informed every chapter of his career since. After 5 years in litigation, Kyle made a deliberate pivot to healthcare, a decision that would define the next ten plus years of his professional life.

For more than a decade, Kyle has worked exclusively in healthcare IT, with a particular focus on counseling health systems in the United States and Canada on the procurement, negotiation, and optimization of the MEDITECH EHR. He has advised organizations ranging from small critical access hospitals to mid-sized community hospitals, and up to the largest integrated delivery networks in North America as they evaluate, contract for, and implement MEDITECH's platforms; helping them avoid costly missteps and extract maximum value from one of the most consequential technology investments a health system can make. His track record includes navigating multi-million-dollar enterprise deals through complex procurement cycles, identifying product gaps that created new solution opportunities, and building the kind of trusted advisor relationships that endure well past go-live.
